Lab Report:

The purpose of this lab was to successefully make a healthy chicken quesadillas fro a prgnant woman. I learned  how to bron taco shells. My group functioned great, everyone did there job with no complants. My sensory perception was that everything tasted, smelledd, looked, and felt great. To make this recipe healthier, I wouldn't change anything, it was very good. Overall, I would give this lab a grade of  100. My role in the lab was to help the chef and I used my "go getting "skills.
